What You’ll Be Doing

As a Client Payroll Executive at IRIS Software Group, you’ll be the trusted go to for our clients, managing all aspects of their payroll with precision and care. You will:

Deliver end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients

Act as a key point of contact for client payroll queries

Ensure full legal and statutory compliance across all payrolls

Maintain accurate payroll data and records

Identify ways to improve payroll efficiency and process excellence

Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless client solution.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience managing payroll for over 1,500 employees or working within a payroll bureau environment

Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills

Confidence handling multiple client or stakeholder priorities

Experience using payroll software (IRIS Payroll, Earnie, etc.) is a plus

Working towards or holding a CIPP qualification is desirable
