School Operations Manager - The University of Manchester

The School Operations Manager has a key strategic and operational role in the Schools within the Faculty of Humanities. In partnership with the Director of School Operations, Vice‑Dean and Head of School, you will support the development and implementation of the School’s strategy, planning and governance, and manage day‑to‑day operations. You will ensure compliance with People, Finance, Health & Safety and GDPR requirements, oversee the School Operations team, provide advice to Heads of Departments/Divisions and participate in a Humanities Community of Practice to drive continuous improvement.

You will deputise for the Director as required.
