We are seeking a visionary Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing facility with a focus on strategic leadership and business growth

Qualifications

Experience Requirements

  • Proven experience in site management within a manufacturing environment
  • Full P&L Responsibility
  • Strong expertise in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and/or other formal productivity improvement programmes
  • Outstanding management skills with the ability to coach others towards excellence
  • Experience of product line introduction and change management
