The role of the Production Team Member is to manufacture and test parts or products using manual and automated equipment, perform other processes as required, conduct quality checks / machine checks and record results, and carry out repairs / adjustments as required.

• Start‑up:
  Prepare jigs, tools and measuring equipment, and set up equipment within your process.
• Standard operations:
  Assemble within specification and in line with Standard Operating procedures.
• Quality checks:
  Adjust and check products in‑process throughout operation.
• Basic adjustments:
  Adjust equipment and inspect it to ensure running correctly, performing repair if necessary.
• Basic PM:
  Assist correct and repair any defect, and generally maintain machine to required standard.
• Supplier defects:
  Manage supplier rejects as required by the business.

• Relevant experience in assembly type work, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Secondary Education Level (at least).
• Multitasking.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
  Ability to manage and organise own workload efficiently.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
