The Role Working within a fast-paced FMCG environment, you'll be responsible for a balanced split of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance , ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. Key responsibilities will include:
Carrying out pre-planned maintenance on automated manufacturing and packaging equipment Responding to breakdowns and carrying out effective fault-finding in a time-critical environment Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives Working closely with production teams to maintain output and quality standards This role operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, rotating Days and Nights , offering a structured rota and competitive earnings.
