Regional Sales Manager (Industrial Paints / Coatings) £45,000 - £50,000 (OTE £60k)  Uncapped Commission  Training  Progression  Car Allowance  Company Bonus North Patch Are you an Regional Sales Manager or similar from Industrial Paints OR Coatings, looking to join an industry leading manufacturer that will provide extensive product training and uncapped commission in an area turning over 1.5 million and a generous package?

Do you want to join a highly reputable manufacturer, supplying major players in several global engineering markets, including Aerospace and Defence, which will recognise and reward your expertise with generous commission and excellent development opportunities? In this role you will be covering a North Patch, covering as high as Newcastle and as low as Derby. The role is split into 30% Account Management and 70% New Business, autonomous drumming up new business, selling paints and industrial coatings.

This company a long-established UK manufacturer producing high-performance industrial paints, powder coatings, and pretreatment solutions, supplying sectors such as manufacturing, defence, aerospace, automotive, and general industrial markets. This role would suit an Regional Sales Manager or similar from Industrial Paints OR Coatings, looking to take manage a succesful area for a global paints and industrial coatings manufacturer.

The Role 30% Account Management and 70% New Business Covering a North Patch, Derby up to Newcastle 3-4 days on the road a week, 1-2 WFH Selling paints and industrial coatings Monday - Friday, 9am
