Position

Summary

As a Marketing Assistant you will work with the wider marketing team to ensure the smooth running of the department. This role will assist with day to day marketing operations, help maintain project timelines, and ensure smooth communication between internal and external collaborators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing invoices from external venders.
  • Co-ordinating and managing the gifting PR and updating internal trackers.
  • Assisting on shoots were required.
  • Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms (graphics, captions, videos, stories, reels, etc.).
  • Support social media management including scheduling and posting content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok) and tracking engagement.
  • Assist in organising promotional events and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and coordination.
  • Greet and assist showroom visitors and clients, providing an excellent in-person experience.
  • Manage product displays, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain showroom inventory, organise samples, and ensure products are ready for client presentations.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing calendars, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with market research and competitive analysis to support campaign development.
  • Handle general office duties like filing, document organisation, and responding to inquiries.
Requirements
  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of all social media platforms.
  • Demonstrate a passion for fashion marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Adaptable and agile in a fast-changing environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
