The RoleYou’ll manage a portfolio of clients with a clear focus on performance. This role is about understanding data, paid media performance, and turning insights into actions that drive lead quality, pipeline, and growth. You’ll act as the bridge between clients and delivery teams, confidently leading performance conversations grounded in data.
This is a role for someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives in client conversations and genuinely cares about outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Own client relationships and day-to-day performance delivery.
- Analyse paid media performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Lead testing and optimisation discussions across Meta and Google Ads.
- Translate performance data into clear insights and next steps for clients.
- Take ownership of account results, retention, and growth.
- Work closely with paid media and creative teams to execute strategy.
- Lead client performance reviews and strategic discussions with confidence.
- Experience in a client-facing digital marketing or lead‑gen role.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Hands‑on understanding of paid ads, with familiarity across Meta and Google platforms (essential).
- Clear understanding of the lead‑to‑deal funnel and performance metrics.
- Confident communicator, commercially minded, highly organised.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
- £45,000 base salary + uncapped performance‑based bonus (OTE £60,000+)
- Hybrid working: 2 days per week in our central Manchester Work.
