Perm Practice Nurse Manchester Full TIme 35 hours GP Surgery Great Team in Warrington

Dream Medical is working with a GP surgery in Warrington recruiting a Practice Nurse for their surgery. The practice is looking for a nurse to cover a minimum of 35 hours a week on a permanent basis. You will be working as part of a team alongside GPs, nurses and healthcare assistants.
Skills- Up to date in baby immunisations and vaccinations
- Knowledge or experience of chronic disease management
- The care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
- Child and adult immunisations
- Cervical cytology
- Spirometry
- Diabetes
- Asthma and COPD monitoring
- Family planning
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Up to date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
- NHS pension
- Up to 5 weeks' annual leave + bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time staff)
- Clinical career development opportunities
- Support towards appraisal and revalidation
- Salary negotiable dependent upon experience
