Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Inspection Clerk. This is a full-time, permanent position located at Vimto Gardens, Manchester. You'll enjoy a standard work week of Monday to Friday, no weekend work!

• Completing property inventories & carrying out regular property inspections.
• Maintaining & reporting accurate file notes.
• Delivering exceptional customer service.

• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Articulate thinker.
• Great Communicator.
• Comfortable attending properties.
• Experience in property management / surveying / housing – not essential.
