The Role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll manage a portfolio of high-end rental properties and guide tenants through the lettings process from enquiry to move-in.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Promoting premium city-centre properties to prospective tenants

* Handling enquiries and booking and conducting viewings

* Matching the right tenants to the right properties

* Working closely with landlords and high-profile developers

* Managing your pipeline and working towards achievable targets

Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for:

* Candidates with 6 months+ lettings or property experience ready for their next step

* Confident communicators who enjoy phone-based and face-to-face interaction

* Self-motivated, organised and target-driven individuals
