We're looking for a Footwear Fit Model to play a key role in our clients' product development process. This is an exciting opportunity to directly influence the comfort, fit, and quality of our footwear collections.

As a Fit Model, you'll participate in regular fitting sessions, working closely with design, development, and technical teams to ensure every pair we create aligns with our customers’ expectations. Your feedback will help shape the look, feel, and fit of future ranges.

• Attend regular in-person fit sessions across different footwear categories
• Provide clear, detailed feedback on fit, comfort, and sizing
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to refine product specifications
• Support wear testing, offering insights on comfort and durability
• Represent our target customer profile through specific foot measurements

• Must fit a UK Size 4, wide fit with measurements close to:
• Joint: 222–227mm
• Calf (widest): 400mm
• Previous experience in fit modelling
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Reliable and available for scheduled fittings
• Passion for footwear, product development, or fashion
