The main responsibilities of this butcher role are to use knife skills to produce both primal and portion butchery cuts for beef, pork, lamb, and poultry.

Working hours are either

Sunday to Thursday working  (plus occasional Saturday working to meet business needs )

OR Monday to Friday , with additional flexibility where required.

You will be a trained and experienced butcher with:
