POST Recruitment are recruiting for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our client, a growing business specialising in engineering and industrial materials. Join a busy and supportive team based in Greater Manchester in a fully office-based role. This position offers a competitive salary of £30,000–£35,000 plus a profit share scheme and the chance to work in a business preparing for exciting growth.

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between customers and the wider sales team, managing enquiries, processing orders, and providing essential technical product support. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where your organisational skills and attention to detail are valued, this role could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage inbound customer enquiries related to industrial and engineering materials

* Accurately process sales orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery

* Prepare and send detailed quotations and proposals tailored to customer requirements

* Provide technical product information and support, helping customers understand specifications and applications

* Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order details within CRM and ERP systems

* Collaborate closely with external sales colleagues and other departments to deliver outstanding customer service

* Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments to support informed customer advice

Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience in a sales support, sales administrator, or customer service role, ideally within technical, industrial, or engineering sectors

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

* Proficient in using CRM and ERP systems, with a commitment to maintaining accurate records

* Ability to interpret technical specifications and assist customers effectively
