Position: Service Sales Engineer (Hybrid) (Permanent)
Ready to drive growth and take ownership of a high-value service territory? Our client is seeking a results-focused Service Sales Engineer to win new business, strengthen customer partnerships, and deliver tailored HVAC and process cooling service solutions.
You’ll be at the forefront of developing service revenue, identifying prospects, opening new doors, and turning technical expertise into commercial wins. This is a role for someone who thrives on building relationships and closing opportunities with confidence.
This is a hybrid position, reporting to their Manchester office.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Target and acquire new customers across sectors requiring HVAC and process cooling support.

* Build a strong, fast-moving sales pipeline through proactive outreach and intelligent prospecting.

* Position tailored maintenance, service and temperature-control solutions that solve real operational challenges.

* Conduct site visits to uncover customer needs and create compelling service propositions.

* Work closely with engineering teams to ensure proposals are accurate, effective and compliant.

* Stay ahead of the competition by tracking market trends, customer feedback and new opportunities.

* Provide solid aftersales engagement to strengthen retention and secure repeat business.

What You’ll Bring

* Proven success in technical service sales, ideally within HVAC, refrigeration or temperature-control.

* Strong commercial instincts and the drive to hit ambitious targets.

* Ability to translate technical details into clear customer value.
