Are you experienced in conveyancing or sales progression with a passion for training and developing? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Training and Development professional to join our team as a Conveyancing/ Sales Progression Trainer to coach, train and mentor our Sales Progression and Property Sales Administration team.

• Identify training needs across the teams and develop tailored training solutions.
• Deliver team and one-to-one training sessions on all aspects of conveyancing/sales progression and compliance, monitoring team and individual progression.
• Provide expertise on conveyancing/sales progression and AML regulations.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements to maintain the highest standards.
