A day in the life of a Senior Sales Negotiator
- Liaising with prospective vendors and buyers, and arranging property viewings to meet their needs
- Negotiating offers and finalizing sales
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Marketing properties to potential buyers using various marketing skills
- Focusing on generating new and repeat business
- Canvassing the local area
- Door knocking and leaflet dropping
- Ensuring properties comply with health and safety standards
Essential Skills of a Senior Sales Negotiator
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Ability to work well with others to foster team spirit and a positive working environment
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills, including basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
