About the Role

Manchester Staff are currently working with a fast-paced digital service platform who are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join their team. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales function, ensuring smooth operations, accurate deal management, and effective use of Hub Spot CRM. You will work closely with the sales team to streamline processes, review customer accounts, and provide analytical insights that drive revenue growth.

Salary: £25,000‑£30,000 DOE

• Sales Administration:
  Manage and maintain Hub Spot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Sales Support:
  Review deals, pricing, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Customer Review:
  Monitor and analyse customer accounts to identify opportunities and risks.
• Reporting & Analysis:
  Provide regular reports and insights to support decision‑making and improve sales performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise revenue operations processes.

• Proven experience in sales administration or revenue operations.
• Hub Spot CRM expertise essential.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience in supporting sales teams with deal reviews and pricing strategies.
• Familiarity with other CRM or sales tools.
