The Opportunity
We’re seeking a driven, confident, and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our UK sales team. This is a key role focused on supporting key partners accounts, driving new opportunities and maintaining growth, and engaging with key contacts.
You’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy, working closely with field sales, marketing, and technical teams to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and convert interest into revenue. Key Responsibilities- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities via outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
- Grow existing accounts through proactive selling and account expansion
- Maintain accurate visibility of sales performance and customer activity
- Act as the central contact point between customers and internal teams
- Be a trusted, knowledgeable point of contact for customers
- Preserve customer loyalty and reduce churn
- Support smooth business operations
- Improve sales processes and customer experience
- Proven experience in inside sales, ideally within IT, networking, or technology distribution
- Strong understanding of channel sales models and distribution ecosystems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A proactive, energetic approach to sales with a natural ability to build rapport
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections with confidence
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and sales enablement tools
- A genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn and grow
