This role is very much about speaking to people. A large part of your day will be spent making outbound calls

Your effort really does translate into results, and you’ll never be doing it alone. Our dedicated Sales Training team works alongside you every single day
, offering coaching, feedback, and support to help you improve call by call.

About the Team You'll Join

You’ll be part of our Sales Development department - a friendly, ambitious group who all support each other. You’ll work closely with:

  • Account Executives
    , who rely on the meetings you book
  • Marketing
    , who provide warm leads and campaigns
  • Sales Trainers
    , who coach you daily
  • Sales Leadership
    , who support your development

What You'll Be Doing

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll build strong communication skills from day one.

You will:

  • Make outbound phone calls to start conversations with potential customers
  • Use email and Linked In to support your outreach and follow up
  • Listen carefully to uncover challenges and identify where IRIS can help
  • Qualify interest and book meetings for our Account Executives
  • Learn about our products so you can speak confidently about the problems they solve
  • Keep your CRM notes tidy, accurate, and organised
  • Work towards weekly goals focused on conversations, meetings, and pipeline
