Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission (£35,000 OTE)

My client, founded in 2018, is a leading recruitment consultancy firm, specialising in their sector. Considering there are over 30,000 recruitment agencies in the UK, they’ve clearly made their mark. On track for yet another profitable year, they’re looking for 3 superstars to join their team.

Typically, you’d be paid commission off placing candidates. In this role you’ll be financially rewarded for interviews attended whilst you learn the ropes. Upon hitting £70K revenue in a year you’ll qualify for free financial advise from St. James’ Place.

Gym goer? You’ll have access to subsidised gym membership and an extended lunch break.

You won’t be expected to have ANY experience so will have exposure to multiple of training resources, weekly 121s, weekly training sessions with their on-site trainer and working closely with the Director.

• Basic salary of £26,000
• Average commission:
  Year 1 - £35,000, Year 2 - £50K‑£60K, Year 3 - £65K‑£80K (All Uncapped)
• Regular socials, nights out and lunch clubs to integrate you into their fun culture
• Mentoring from the founder as well as an external trainer

• Educated to degree level or relevant workplace experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambitious and driven - hit targets and progress
• Confident - they want personalities in their office, not robots!
