Area Sales Manager - North & Midlands

Due to continued growth, my client, a leading global brand within the interior solutions market is recruiting for a Field Sales Manager to cover the North, Midlands and Scotland.

The role is home and field based focused on the retail sector targeting shopfitting contractors, key retail accounts and retail equipment wholesalers within the independent and franchise convenience store marketplace.

This is a high-impact position with strong autonomy and the opportunity to shape the future of the retail channel across the region.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* New business development as well as account management and growth of marketshare.

* Strategic planning to define and execute a clear growth strategic aligned with company objectives and market trends.

* Represent the company at key industry exhibitions across the UK and Europe to build brand awareness and generate leads.

To apply you will need field sales experience selling interior products such as flooring, tiles or commercial interiors to fit out contractors within the retail sector.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter, confident in dynamic selling environments and skilled in new business development. You’ll thrive on challenge, be driven by results, and possess the commercial acumen to identify and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

On offer is a salary of £45,000-£50,000 with up to 35% of salary bonus paid quarterly, hybrid company car, laptop, mobile phone, 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, your birthday annual leave day plus additional annual leave purchase scheme, group life insurance and death in service and pension auto-enrolment
