Location - Northwest UK

£40,000 - £55,000 DOE - OTE (£60,000 - £85,000)

• New business focus: prospecting new customers via road, phone, lead follow-ups, and marketing.
• Accumulate and manage a portfolio of accounts in the assigned area.
• Engage new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and service prospecting; negotiate and follow up commercially with UK customers and expand into targeted overseas markets.
• Contribute to team effort to achieve and exceed departmental targets.
• Assist in development of sales budget, monitor revenue and margins, promote company image, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare weekly reports on customer visits, pipeline, sales projections, etc.
• Maintain excellent communication channels internally and externally.

• Background in the packaging industry with a strong sales track record (related industries considered).
• First year required to hit significant queries and monetary targets per month.
• Strong understanding of the UK market, particularly in the Northwest.
• Passion for developing new business opportunities and building on successes.
• Excellent relationship building, customer service, and ability to nurture lapsed accounts.
• High interest in the technical dimension of the products.
