A fast-growing SaaS company is seeking a Technical Lead to guide the technical direction of a full-stack engineering team working on a large-scale, high-traffic digital platform.

You’ll play a key role in shaping architecture, improving engineering practices, and ensuring the team delivers robust, maintainable, high-quality software. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll lead by example in code, design, and technical decision‑making, while supporting developers through mentorship and collaboration.

• Provide technical leadership across a distributed team of full-stack developers
• Set and maintain high standards for code quality, testing, architecture, and performance
• Lead design discussions, code reviews, and strategic technical decision‑making
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimisation
• Contribute hands‑on to development in C#, JavaScript, and modern web technologies
• Drive continuous improvement across tooling, processes, and engineering workflow
• Mentor and support developers, fostering growth and knowledge‑sharing across the team

• Strong background as a senior or lead developer in a modern SaaS environment
• Deep expertise in C# and JavaScript, with the ability to guide others in both
• Solid understanding of software architecture, maintainability, and performance
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clarity in technical discussions
