The Opportunity

Our client is a well-established, enterprise-scale SaaS organisation undergoing a significant period of digital platform evolution. Their products support high-volume, business-critical workflows used daily by customers across multiple markets.

The front-end function plays a key role in shaping how users interact with complex systems, and this hire is part of a wider investment in building modern, scalable, and performant user interfaces
. This is an opportunity to join a product-led engineering environment where front-end is treated as a core discipline, not a supporting function.

You will work closely with Product, UX, Back-End and Platform teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences that balance usability with enterprise-grade performance and reliability.

• Designing and building modern front-end applications using React
• Developing scalable, reusable UI components and design systems
• Collaborating with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into high-quality user experiences
• Integrating front-end applications with complex back-end APIs
• Contributing to front-end standards, tooling, and best practices
• Supporting and mentoring more junior engineers where appropriate

• Strong commercial experience building front-end applications with React
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data flows
• Familiarity with front-end testing approaches and tooling
• Experience working in Agile, product-focused engineering teams
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on performance and usability

Experience with Type Script, state management libraries, or modern front-end build tooling is advantageous.
