As a Level‑4 (Senior) Software Engineer, you will be pivotal to our success, collaborating with designers, product owners and engineers to identify, prioritise and solve problems iteratively. You will shape the evolution of our products using cutting‑edge technology, making an immediate impact in our growth journey.

• Build and deliver high‑quality software solutions
• Lead best programming practices and foster team‑wide adoption
• Develop scalable tools and systems handling large data volumes efficiently

• Senior Software Engineer with strong commercial experience in PHP and Laravel
• Experience with Vue or similar front‑end frameworks
• Experience with cloud services (AWS and/or GCP)
• Advocate for Agile, TDD and OOP best practices
• Strong empathy, communication and collaboration skills

£40,000‑£60,000, dependent on experience. Salary ranges are flexible and may extend beyond the stated bands if the right fit is identified.
