• Digital strategy, horizon scanning, and strategic planning. Working in combined teams with Business Designers, Researchers, Strategists, Industry and Functional Specialists, we develop a vision, roadmap and case for change to address fundamental issues facing our clients.
• Digital technology delivery management. Using principles of lean start-up and agile, we manage large‑scale delivery programmes that include custom software and SaaS solutions.
• Digital software engineering. Many of our solutions involve custom engineering of unique solutions and experiences created from modern web‑scale technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, Micro‑Services, Cloud Computing and Machine Learning.

As a Full‑stack Developer, you will leverage your development experience to build out the next generation of our client’s platforms. You will be involved in the design, development and roll‑out of products and applications, solving technical problems and building innovative solutions for our clients. You will apply your strong, first‑hand expertise in a variety of applications and languages to deploy robust and scalable solutions, working in an agile environment.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop compelling, commercially viable digital products for our clients.
• Leverage software engineering best practices in design, coding standards, performance, security, delivery, maintainability, and culture to build new software features.
• Perform the technical implementation and development of solutions and products, ensuring alignment with the business to meet their requirements, while in compliance with architecture standards and policies.
• Configure, develop and integrate SaaS, cloud and microservices solutions.
• Write and test code, refining and rewriting it as necessary and communicate with any developers involved in the project.

• Ability to build innovative full‑stack software solutions with the latest technology and agile development practices.
• Understanding of Dev Ops technologies and practices, cloud‑native development and API design and development.
• Ability to develop software packages in both imperative and declarative programming paradigms.
• Agile mindset and an advocate and practitioner of XP practices.
• Balance the trade‑offs of delivering sustainable code that provides an excellent customer experience.
• Ability to have productive conversations with both business and technical audiences.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and a drive to better the software development lifecycle regime.

• Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.

• Bachelors and/or master’s degree in technology subject areas (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering) or relevant experience.
• A minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a software developer working across the full product/software lifecycle (design, implementation, testing).
• Experience in modern architecture, latest open source technologies and programming e.g., Microservices, Docker, Angular
