- Calculating, negotiating, and preparing air freight quotations
- Managing all air imports/exports from start to finish
- Preparing air freight documentation
- Collaborating with other departments
- Following up on quotes
- Developing relationships with clients and shipping lines
- Managing accounts
- Previous experience in a freight forwarding company
- At least 2 years of air freight experience
- Knowledge of customs regulations
- Strong communication skills
