K-State Student Union is seeking a part-time Operations Coordinator to lead and coordinate the daily work of the Operations Coordinators, ensuring event setups and facility needs are completed accurately and on time.
You will review event reservation documents, coordinate room setups and audio/visual equipment, conduct pre-event walkthroughs, and serve as the primary operations contact during events. This role supports Union events and operations with a student-friendly schedule.
