Elec. Maint. Specialist

Qualifications

• University degree on Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 4 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Autonom, Preventive, RTF, Predictive Maintenance
• Good knowledge of PLC programming (S7 Siemens, Simatic Manager and TIA Portal), WinCC Flexible and Scada systems, and MS Office
• Knowledge of reading electrical project drawings and Autocad
• Experience in automation
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, teamwork and cooperation skills

• Leading improvement projects, monitoring and reporting electricity and other energy consumption parameters of the plant
• Managing the team of electrical technicians
• Leading implementation of systems, procedures and guidelines
• Being responsible for following the requirements of quality standards of all activities
• Supporting implementation of 6 Sigma and BRC standarts in work area
• Coordinating development activities of team by following the competency / multi-function matrix for the team
• Demonstrating leadership in the area of EHS and ensuring all maintenance activities on site exceed the appropriate EHS standards
