Quantity Surveyor - Saxton Recruitment is partnering with a privately-owned contractor based in Nottinghamshire to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of projects ranging from £250k - £5m.
The initial project is a bespoke new build residence which features a swimming pool and healthcare facilities and is situated near Dronfield (£3m).

Salary & Package:
- Basic salary of £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE)
- Company car or car allowance
- Company Pension (3% / 5%)

Key Duties:
- Procurement and managing sub-contractor packages
- Managing project variations and valuations
- Organising payments and compiling CVRs
- Produce accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Experience working with a construction contractor
- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
- Experience working on 'live' projects
- Industry related qualification
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects ranging from £1m+.
