About the Role of Assembly Operative:

• Precise assembly ofsmall, intricate components, requiringexceptional dexterity and attention to detail.
• Working withconnectors, cable assemblies, and shielding components, ensuring strict quality and performance standards are met.
• Using specialistcrimping, insertion, and removal toolsto assemble military-specification electrical connectors.
• Starting in adedicated training schoolbefore progressing to your assigned department.
• Clean, air-conditioned workspace withstructured training and development opportunities.

What potential Assembly Operatives should demonstrate:

• Proven dexterity skills—previous assembly or manufacturing experience ishighly desirable, and must be evident in your CV.
• If youdon’t have direct experience, highlight anyhobbies or activities that demonstrate dexterity, such asmodel-making, sewing, jewellery-making, or similar intricate work.
• Ability tofollow detailed instructions and meet quality standards.
• Aproactive attitude and willingness to learn.
