To assist in the leadership of General Merchandise and Fashion Associates and department processes through partnership with the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise, and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Assisting in providing direction and coordinating task completion as per communicated priorities from the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
• Assessing the overall presentation of the General Merchandise and Fashion Departments, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executing merchandising display changes where required.
• Delegating, assisting, and following up on completion of daily Customer Availability Process tasks.
• Supporting scheduling as needed.
• Assigning Associates to support coverage and availability tasks in all areas of the store.
• Participating in the training and development of the General Merchandise and Fashion Associates, and providing feedback as needed.
• Contributing to a safe, clean, and hazard‑free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris.
