Our client, a Contemporary Gallery in Margate, is looking for a Gallery Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will support the daily operations of the gallery through various administrative tasks and front‑of‑house duties, including welcoming visitors, answering enquiries, and liaising with artists and clients.

• Welcome visitors and provide information about exhibitions and events.
• Answer telephone enquiries and direct visitors to appropriate staff.
• Assist with the arrangement and display of artworks.
• Coordinate communications with artists, collectors and gallery staff.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong interest in contemporary art.
• 2‑3 years of related experience.
