Age related minimum wage; 10.00- 12.21 per hour

We are currently looking for a Factory Operative to join our clients production team. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for a college leaver or someone looking to start or develop a career in manufacturing.

This role would suit someone with an interest in building or assembling things, whether through education, hands-on hobbies, or personal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting a range of tasks within the production area
• Building kits and carrying out assembly work
• Cleaning and maintaining machines and work areas
• Assisting colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

About You:

• Willing to learn and develop new skills
• Practical, hands-on approach to work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
• An interest in building or assembly work is desirable

This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in a factory environment with full training and ongoing support provided. The role will start on a temporary basis initially but could progress to a permanent opportunity for the right person.
