We are currently looking for a Factory Operative to join our client's production team. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for a college leaver or someone looking to start or develop a career in manufacturing.
This role would suit someone with an interest in building or assembling things, whether through education, hands‑on hobbies, or personal projects.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting a range of tasks within the production area
- Building kits and carrying out assembly work
- Cleaning and maintaining machines and work areas
- Assisting colleagues to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations
- Willing to learn and develop new skills
- Practical, hands‑on approach to work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
- An interest in building or assembly work is desirable
This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in a factory environment with full training and ongoing support provided. The role will start on a temporary basis initially but could progress to a permanent opportunity for the right person.
