We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our multidisciplinary team. You will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for our residents with diverse mental health conditions. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive environment.

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care aligned with individual care plans
• Undertake comprehensive mental health assessments and risk assessments
• Monitor mental and physical health, administer medications, and support recovery‑focused care
• Collaborate with the wider care team, families, GPs, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Promote independence, inclusion, and dignity at all times
• Ensure adherence to CQC standards, company policies, and best clinical practice
• Contribute to safeguarding and quality improvement initiatives within the home

• Current NMC registration as an RMN (essential)
• Experience working with older people, dementia, or complex mental health conditions is desirable
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
• A compassionate, patient and resilient nature

If you are dual registered with the NMC as both a Registered General Nurse (RGN) and an RMN, you will receive an additional bonus in recognition of your expanded clinical capabilities and versatility across nursing disciplines.
