Full-Time Day Shift Nurse As the leaves begin to change, it's the perfect time for a fresh start! Marietta Heights Post Acute is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Full-Time Day Shift Nurse to join our team!

Position Responsibilities Provide quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
Complete accurate and timely documentation.
Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
Promote a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all residents.
Follow facility policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations.
Qualifications Current, active RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio.
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Compassionate attitude and a genuine desire to care for others.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Dependable, professional, and committed to providing excellent resident care.
