Here’s an incredible opportunity for an adaptable and skilled Community Nurse to join our team in Market Drayton. This full-time, on-going role is perfect for those eager to expand their skills in a dynamic and rewarding environment. • Perform compression therapy and Doppler assessments for patients requiring vascular care.
• Provide expert wound care management to ensure optimal healing and recovery.
• Administer insulin and manage diabetic care plans.
• Insert, manage, and monitor catheters, ensuring patient comfort and hygiene.
• Operate syringe drivers, delivering critical medication with precision and care.
• Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver holistic and effective patient care.

• Band 5 Community Nurse with proficiency in compression, Dopplers, wound care, insulin administration, catheters, and syringe drivers.
• Availability for 37.5 hours per week.

• Competitive pay: £21 per hour on weekdays, £26 on Saturdays and nights, £31 on Sundays and bank holidays.
