Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior IFA Administrator based in Market Harborough. Responsibilities include managing client administration tasks, preparing client review packs and reports, processing client applications, and maintaining compliance documentation. The role involves proactively supporting Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs), liaising with product providers, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping. Additionally, the role will include fostering professional relationships with clients and colleagues to deliver excellent service.

Hybrid: 1 day per week may be considered after min period.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in financial administration tasks, including client file management and compliance.
  • Familiarity with financial products, investments, pensions, and protection plans.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage complex financial documentation.
  • Previous experience in a financial services or IFA environment is essential.
