Joining the National Road Planning team, you will report to the Planning and Transport Manager and operate as part of our operations department, working in a fast‑paced and ever‑changing work environment.

• Co‑ordinating gangs, transport and machinery to ensure national operations are undertaken
• Booking of external plant
• Liaising with customers and supervisors to ensure all works are planned efficiently
• Communicating all information clearly to employees
• Completing data entry on the planning system and maintaining records for all jobs
• Order raising and processing

Computer literate with Microsoft and Excel, good interpersonal and problem‑solving skills, a strong communicator with excellent administrative and organisational skills.
