Joining the National Road Planning team, you will report to the Planning and Transport Manager and operate as part of our operations department, working in a fast‑paced and ever‑changing work environment.

In this role, you as the successful Planning Coordinator will be carrying out the following duties and responsibilities (not exhaustive):

• Co‑ordinating of gangs, transport and machinery to ensure national operations are undertaken
• Booking of external plant
• Liaising with customers and supervisors to ensure all works are planned efficiently
• Communicating all information clearly to employees
• To complete data entry on planning system and complete records for all jobs
• Order raising and processing

We are looking for someone who is computer literate with Microsoft and Excel, can demonstrate good interpersonal and problem‑solving skills and be a strong communicator with good administrative and organisational skills.
