The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our client’s rapidly growing team in the healthcare industry. This is a unique opportunity to grow towards a Manager role at a high-growth company that is at the forefront of the healthcare sector. What You Will Be Doing:

Manage full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes

Oversee AR/AP/Payroll functions with a focus on Accounts Receivable

Ensure compliance with US GAAP for accurate financial reporting

Prepare and file HST returns and manage intercompany accounting

Conduct treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting

Support external audit preparation, ensuring robust controls and compliance

Perform trend analysis to enhance financial reporting and decision-making

Streamline processes in a fast-paced, scale-up environment

Leadership potential with a desire to grow to a Manager position in the near future

What We Need From You:

4-5 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in private equity-backed organizations

CPA designation (preferred)

Intermediate proficiency in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables)

Experience with Net Suite (highly preferred)

Familiarity with international operations, including US and Canadian markets, and transfer pricing

Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and understanding of audit processes
