The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our client’s rapidly growing team in the healthcare industry. This is a unique opportunity to grow towards a Manager role at a high-growth company that is at the forefront of the healthcare sector. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
  • Oversee AR/AP/Payroll functions with a focus on Accounts Receivable
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP for accurate financial reporting
  • Prepare and file HST returns and manage intercompany accounting
  • Conduct treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting
  • Support external audit preparation, ensuring robust controls and compliance
  • Perform trend analysis to enhance financial reporting and decision-making
  • Streamline processes in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
  • Leadership potential with a desire to grow to a Manager position in the near future
  • What We Need From You:

  • 4-5 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in private equity-backed organizations
  • CPA designation (preferred)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables)
  • Experience with Net Suite (highly preferred)
  • Familiarity with international operations, including US and Canadian markets, and transfer pricing
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and understanding of audit processes
