AP Administrator

About the Opportunity

• Process high-volume vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and required approvals
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents (2-way / 3-way matching)
• Prepare and process weekly or bi-weekly payment runs (cheques, EFT, ACH, wire transfers)
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate and organized AP records, both electronic and hard copy
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding invoice status and payments
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing, including accruals and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
• Support continuous improvement of AP processes and procedures
• Perform other accounting or administrative duties as assigned

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–5 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, Quick Books)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office applications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑service approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

$24 – $26 per hour
