• Review and evaluate electronic repair estimates in line with our Company and Departmental standards and guidelines
• Control the method and cost of repairs to motor vehicles by using established industry regulatory practices and corporate guidelines
• Complete total loss evaluations through market and Autosource search
• Complete remote appraisal(s)
• Be a team player and a thought leader in problem solving, leading by example, and ensure the end customer experience is a key objective

• 3-5 years of auto estimating experience; multi‑provincial experience an asset
• Strong experience and knowledge with motor vehicle repairs, and prior estimating experience
• Familiar with industry standard estimating system(s)
• Good technical aptitude with databases/systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent PC skills
• Genuine curiosity and inquisitive mindset, constantly looking to make things better for customers and colleagues
• Ability to work to and positively contribute to our organizational culture and values

• Salaries ranging from $55,000 to $70,000, with compensation based on job‑related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity
