Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per year (depending on experience)

Maple Reinders Constructors is seeking an experienced Field Coordinator to support Project Managers and Superintendents in civil and ICI construction projects. The role focuses on maintaining contract documentation, supporting estimation, preparing budgets and schedules, and ensuring project profitability and safety.

• Update and maintain purchase order logs, shop drawing and submittal logs, and plan logs.
• Determine appropriate suppliers and sub-trades; obtain quotations.
• Assist in clarifying scope of work with sub-trades and suppliers.
• Maintain continuous focus on site safety in accordance with regulatory requirements and the company's Health and Safety Policy.
• Attend site meetings and assist in completing project deficiencies.
• Track inventory of supplies to ensure on‑time arrival and proper record keeping.

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Field Coordinator or Project Coordinator in the construction industry.
• University Degree in Civil Engineering, College Diploma in Architectural Technology, Construction Management or Civil Engineering Technology; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
