Customer Experience Associate – Markham & Scarborough (Cantonese and/or Mandarin Speaking)
Join TD Canada Trust as a Customer Experience Associate and help customers feel valued through financial transactions and tailored product recommendations.
Work Location: Markham, Ontario, Canada
Hours: 37.5 per week
Line Of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking
Pay Details: 22.50 – 28.33 CAD per hour

Job Description: You will process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other financial transactions accurately while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your role involves advising customers on banking solutions, resolving concerns, and promoting products to meet business objectives.
In This Role, You Will:
- Process financial transactions per TD policies and industry regulations.
- Assess customer needs to recommend solutions.
- Resolve concerns using standard procedures, escalating when necessary.
- Achieve assigned goals and business objectives.
- Build personalized relationships with customers.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Support team operations and communicate status updates.
- Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience; undergraduate degree an asset.
- Strong administrative, organizational, planning and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
- Initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
Additional Information:
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese required.
