Our team of Planners, Engineers and Contract Administrators deliver infrastructure solutions that drive economic growth and social prosperity.
Key Responsibilities- Creates engineering drawings in AutoCAD and Micro Station, based on sketches and other design information provided by others
- Ensures that drawings are prepared based on specific project drafting standards
- Ensures accuracy of scale and confirms the accuracy of geometric information presented on drawings
- Performs quantity takeoffs based on drawing information
- Knowledge of and willingness to learn AutoCAD and Micro Station software for bridge/structural drafting and design
- Ability to visualize and project 3D objects into 2D views (and vice‑versa)
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and to work in a group environment
- Enrolled in an undergraduate engineering program
In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part‑time roles will be pro‑rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
