We are growing and searching for an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team at our North Markham clinic located on Bur Oak Avenue. This is a permanent, full‑time position with typical Monday‑Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm hours.
- $75,000 – 100,000 annual base earnings + attractive variable compensation program with overall package potential of $125,000+

- Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing audiological assessments and hearing evaluations
- Stay abreast of new trends in hearing‑aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make meaningful recommendations
- Build relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care and post‑care solutions are recommended
- Collaborate with clinic team members to support walk‑in clients and inbound phone calls
- Graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program
- Unrestricted ability to practice in the Audiology field and a registrant of CASLPO or AHIP in good standing
- Bilingualism in Cantonese or Mandarin required
- Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience
- Excellent communicator capable of establishing professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members
- Comfortable in making product and service recommendations and providing patient‑centric education to ensure adoption
- Experience with WSA brands (Widex, Signia, and/or Rexton) is an asset, though not required
