• Research and Analysis
  • Analyze available data to support business needs.
  • Clarify data transformations required to produce desired metrics.
• Requirements and Documentation
  • Document business requirements, including recommendations for report design and functionality.
  • Monitor the transition of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Testing and Support
  • Design, direct, and occasionally execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Support business users on data warehouse issues, analyzing and resolving them in a timely manner.
• Ad Hoc Reporting
  • Respond accurately and promptly to ad hoc data inquiries and analyses.
• Tableau Rollout and Continuous Improvement
  • Support the rollout of Tableau and other business analytics initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business teams to enhance data and analytics capabilities across the organization.

• Education
  • A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as applied mathematics, data science, computer science, economics, or statistics.
• Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in:
  • Data warehousing, data mining, and analysis.
  • Relational database management systems and reporting.
  • Eliciting and interpreting user requirements.
• Technical Skills
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with:
  • MS Excel.
  • SQL.
  • Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Proficiency in working with operational and financial data, creating and modifying tables and forms, and developing programming logic for metrics and reports.
